YMCA of the Palm Beaches

The YMCA of the Palm Beaches is a modern, 2-story facility designed to support fitness, education, and community engagement. The first floor is home to administrative offices, teaching spaces, a community kitchen, a recording studio, a steam lab, a child watch area, a teen center, adventure zone, and a 7,166 SF gymnasium. The second floor features a wellness center, a cycling studio, two multipurpose fitness studios, and an elevated running track that overlooks the gym. This project unfolded in two phases, with Phase I encompassing 35,193 SF and Phase II covering 28,151 SF.
