Wynwood has become the center of Miami’s urban art scene, replacing the historic warehouses in an old neighborhood. These three renovated warehouses and a new two-story structure with retail on the ground floor as well as restaurant space at the second floor, with a large exterior terrace, landscaping, and green roof, provides a total of 63,000-SF of new retail and restaurant spaces. The façade mural walls are in keeping with the present Wynwood scene while providing plenty of glass storefront for the tenants.
