The Island Resort and Residences is an exclusive luxury development on a 7.42 acre coastal site at East End, Grand Cayman, British West Indies.
The resort will be Developed as a condo hotel, the resort features tropical landscaping, a large and unique swimming pool, themed dining experiences and a spa.
Each of the 93 residences are designed with independent, five star hotel lock off facilities, resulting in 206 hotel suites which will be managed and promoted as a luxury resort in the mainstream tourism market. The residences will be constructed in three five-story buildings which connect on a “sixth” basement level. The basement level will accommodate car parking and staff access corridors in addition to ancillary facilities. Other buildings will provide accommodation for a two-story spa and three-story reception, restaurant and administration facilities.
The total area of the buildings will be 374,000 SF.
