Following the demolition of an existing restaurant, construction began with this 3-story office building, encompassing 65,000 SF. Utilizing a structural steel framework, the building is clad in masonry and has a complex exterior glazing system. One of the centerpiece's was a 3-story glass atrium lobby, featuring a spiral staircase and premium finishes, designed to accommodate significant corporate gatherings. The project has been awarded LEED Silver certification.
