Saratoga Phase III is a 5-story affordable housing development in Dania Beach, Florida, providing 75 units for residents earning 80 percent or less of the area median income (AMI). This public-private partnership project between the Dania Beach Housing Authority and Atlantic Pacific Communities is designed with load-bearing masonry walls and 6-inch cast-in-place concrete slabs, supported by slender steel columns embedded inside the demising walls. Saratoga Phase III adds to the much-needed affordable housing to the community.
