The new $151 Million, 165,000 SF terminal 16 is a repurposing of a former cargo warehouse to support the growing needs of the cruise industry in the area. It is designed to accommodate MSC Cruises’ Seascape, which also include guest amenities such as a large digital screen, a luxurious lounge for MSC Yacht Club guests, and a spacious check-in area to enhance the overall cruise experience. The new parking garage features 1,450 parking spaces and cast-in-place concrete construction with deep foundation support.
