Parking Garage K for Port Miami and Royal Caribbean is a design-build project that consists of an 11-story, 715,000 SF structure with over 2,200 parking spaces in one of the busiest areas of Port Miami. The garage is equipped with park-assist electronic signaling that lets users know which spaces are available.
