A 60-story tower that rises to 649 feet with post-tensioned floor plates that are supported on concrete columns and shear walls. Four composite mega columns at the corners of the building are linked together with the use of a Structural steel belt truss at the 37th level drastically stiffening the lateral system of the tower.
