This 4-story, 67,000 SF addition and renovation at Lehrman Community Day School enriches the campus with enhanced space and amenities. The project incorporates 29,000 SF of new construction dedicated to a cafeteria, stage, kitchen, STEM educational areas, and an indoor gymnasium at the third floor.
The project also includes site enhancements such as a new carpool lane, a covered walkway, a loading area for back of house operations, an 8-foot-high stone-clad perimeter fence, and redesigned playground and landscape areas. The exterior design incorporates 6-inch horizontal stucco bands, white precast concrete panels, colored fins, and an 8-foot coral stone wall, blending with the existing school's aesthetics.
