The initial phase of development consists of an in-patient hospital, an 875-car garage, and an Ambulatory Care Clinic. All three buildings are connected through the enclosed bridge with a precast panel facade. The bridge is designed for public occupancy and spans 119 feet, with an average width of 56 feet. The movement of the three concrete buildings was carefully studied and coordinated with the design of the steel bridge anchoring the three buildings.
