In partnership with the City of Hollywood, University Station provides workforce and affordable housing options, retail spaces, and a new home for Barry University’s College of Nursing and Health Services. University Station is a dynamic development featuring 216 apartments, including 108 one-bedroom and 108 two-bedroom units, with living areas ranging from 621 to 899 SF. The project also includes over 2,000 SF of commercial and retail space, 12,210 SF of educational space, and a parking garage with 635 spaces. All apartments are designated for individuals and families at various income thresholds. The development offers modern amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, a multipurpose room, a luxurious swimming pool, and pedestrian bridges connecting the residential towers and parking garage. Adhering to the National Green Building Standard, the project features high-efficiency systems including low-flow fixtures and energy-efficient lighting.
