The Gulliver Preparatory School Campus development introduces a mix of educational and athletic facilities. This features a 2-story, 26,000 SF classroom building characterized by a spacious interior corridor on the south side and an open space to the east. The south elevation is enclosed with extensive storefront and curtain wall glazing, accentuated by concrete lattice framing on the exterior. The athletic fields are to the north of the building and complemented by on-grade bleachers attached to the north exterior wall. A pedestrian bridge at the southwest corner provides an elevated walkway connecting the new classrooms with the existing building to the south.
The development continues with a 3-story, 28,596 SF parking garage, housing approximately 215 parking spaces abutting a new 2-story, 24,000 SF gymnasium building with a double height entrance lobby, concessions, locker rooms, and back of house equipment. An elevated concrete running track loops around the gymnasium, including a steel-framed canopy that provides cover for a pedestrian walkway connecting to the existing campus.
