Situated on the banks of the Miami river, this intricate and distinctive raw concrete 4-story structure resembles a modern stack of shipping containers. The outside of this building may be art in itself, but the interior runs like any other corporate center, boasting office and studio space as well as conference rooms. The simplicity of the exposed concrete boxes stacked and staggered
over each other hides the complexity of the required engineering to make them work while maintaining thin profiles at 10” throughout the building.
