The design of the 9-story mixed-use building in the heart of Coral Gables includes 80,000 SF of office, 100,000 SF of residential, 50,000 SF of retail and 200,000 SF of parking. The building includes multiple structural transfer systems, and several ornate architectural details that required structural engineering ingenuity. The project also included renovation and demolition of existing buildings on the site.
