This mega project with two 12-story and one 14-story buildings spans nearly 5 acres facing US-1, from Ponce de Leon Boulevard to Le Jeune Road. The 1,300,000 SF mixed-use development features residential, retail, and hotel space. Gables Station was designed to achieve LEED-certified Gold designation.
