This 6-story office building sits atop a 4-level underground garage with 1,200 parking spaces. The Florida League of Cities at Kleman Plaza was home to three major projects overseen by our Tallahassee office. The office building itself provided 70,000 SF of prime office space and 165 parking spaces, while the concurrently constructed City of Tallahassee Kleman Plaza Garage added 160 additional spaces.
