Florida International University’s Science Complex is a 6-story, 137,000 SF laboratory building. This state-of-the-art facility offers classroom space for multiple University Programs on campus, including a vivarium, auditorium, laboratories, and administrative offices. It was designed with composite pre-cast floors and cast-in-place columns and walls. The Science Complex is LEED Certified and won the Gold Medal Award in 2010.
