The project consists of a hotel facility for Marriott. The structure is five-stories with 127 units and a total building area of about 75,156 SF.
The 5-story building consists of Filigree slab systems supported by load bearing reinforced concrete masonry walls. The bearing walls also act as the lateral resisting system for the structure. Approximately half of the bearing walls are transferred to a cast-in-place frame system at the second floor. People entering the building are welcomed by a Porte Cochere with an arched roof supported by curved structural steel beams.
