Element Hotel

This 7-story, 111,000 SF hotel brings the Element brand’s first resort-style beachfront property to life. The structure is comprised of ground-level parking, a second-floor lobby with meeting spaces, and 130 guest units on floors three through seven. Notable features include a double-height reception area leading to a pool deck with cabanas, a firepit, and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The design incorporates a multi-purpose meeting room with direct pool access and a 24-hour fitness center. Element’s signature sustainable design is evident in the spacious, airy suites, which are equipped with in-room kitchens and spa-inspired bathrooms. The private communal space, Studio Commons, offers guests shared kitchen and living comfort, while additional amenities include eco-conscious features such as EV charging stations and a natural saline pool.

The project is located east of A1A in FEMA-designated flood zone VE 11.7, with the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) crossing the site. As a result, all ground-floor walls and footings are designed as breakaway elements, and the structural slab is engineered to withstand wave action and flooding.
