Phase 1A of Culmer Place Apartments is a 7-story building with 117 residential units above ground floor parking. While Phase 1B is also a 7-story mixed-use building with 119 residential units and a 3-level parking structure, with units lining the west and south sides of the garage on levels 2 and 3. Additionally, the project includes a 5,000 SF, 1-story amenity building, providing residents with a pool and enhanced communal spaces.
