The Collective Phase II, at 20-story with 360 residential units, builds on the success of the original ground-up development featuring the Moxy hotel. This project encompasses approximately 530,000 SF and introduces a blend of ground-floor commercial spaces totaling 24,000 SF, rental housing, and structured parking for 356 spaces, designed to enhance the pedestrian-friendly atmosphere of the area. The Collective Phase II aims to activate the sidewalk and foster a vibrant urban environment, offering local shops and residents a role in shaping the community while preserving the authentic character of the EDGE District.
