Cannery Row at Redlands Crossing is an affordable housing complex for seniors in the Naranja neighborhood of southern Miami-Dade County. The 112-unit project aims to address the urgent need for senior affordable housing in the area. "As affordable housing needs for the vulnerable senior population continues to grow, there is an urgent need for more housing in this area," said David Deutch, a partner at Pinnacle. Cannery Row provides 112 new homes for the elderly residents living on fixed incomes.
