This project is an 8-story affordable housing apartment building with 120 residential units, developed by Atlantic Pacific as a part of the Brownsville Transit Village. It includes 28 studio apartments and 92 one-bedroom units, designed for families earning 30% to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with an average of 60% of the AMI. The building features ground-level retail space, along with a community room, fitness center, and onsite laundry facilities, providing essential amenities for residents. The total development spans 5.2 acres as a part of a five phase joint development.
