Developed by Gazit Horizon and Atlantic Pacific, this 854,902 SF tower incorporates a band of concrete elements that protrude from the glass and perimeter walls to express architectural contrast to the surrounding towers.
The tower is situated on site to allow for a widened pedestrian promenade on both frontages along SW 1st avenue and SW 8th street to provide a pleasant walking experience.
