In Coral Gables, this remarkable 13-story, 315,000 SF building adjoined an existing 5-story structure. The project involved extensive renovation and expansion, retaining only the exterior portion of the structural frame from the original build. The reconstruction transformed the development while integrating additional office area and a 10-level garage with 420 parking spaces.
