The 500,000 SF mixed-use facility includes an 11-story luxury condominium. The 93 condominium units surround a multi-level garage for 715 cars with a rooftop garden and pool deck. The retail portion of the project is at street level and is anchored by a free standing Whole Foods supermarket.
The Whole Foods building has received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certification for this Sarasota location by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
