Joe has over a decade of experience in the industry and enjoys reconciling issues in the field to produce cost-effective solutions while avoiding delays. He is passionate about hands-on construction, which comes naturally with his background working in construction before he earned his engineering degree.
As Director of Inspection Services, Joe oversees all inspections on BNI’s diverse portfolio of projects. He meets the challenge of solving issues in the field thoroughly making sure designs are executed properly. He takes pride in providing contractors with quick turn-around for any questions and is focused on maintaining the construction schedule. Joe also performs 30- and 40-year inspections of existing buildings.
