Key areas include 1,400 SF dedicated to North Division Offices and 2,000 SF for North Fire Prevention. The living wing features a lobby, seven dorms, a decontamination area, a command center, a training room, a kitchen, dining area, and administrative offices. Additional spaces include an exercise room, telecommunications center, outside classroom, and covered patio.
The support services wing is equipped with specialized storage areas, including a gear room and EMS supply room. The building’s exterior is finished with metal striated wall panels.
