Additionally, three Hillside Villas, ranging from 2,400 to 2,600 SF, offer 4 bedrooms, private courtyards, split-level decks, and pools that take full advantage of the sloping terrain. The three Bluffside Villas, spanning between 4,488 and 4,789 SF, are 2-story, 3-bedroom homes with plunge pools, expansive decks, and large overhanging roofs for shading and ventilation. Some of the Bluffside and Hillside Villas are supported by a continuous and/or spread foundation system bearing directly on the weathered bedrock. The elevated floors and flat roofs are framed with a combination of one-way and two-way concrete slab systems, complemented by concrete beams.
