Located in Tallahassee’s spirited CollegeTown near Florida State University, this project expands the existing 7-story, 140-key Hotel Indigo. This venture introduces a new 5-story, 52,000 SF addition to the west of the existing development. The expansion introduces 94 new keys and a ground-floor tenant space in half of the new building. A sleek, elevated walk bridge connects the new structure to the original on levels two through five. The project features a steel framing system, carefully designed to align with the floor levels of the existing hotel. The façade materials–masonry, metal panels, glass, and stucco–were carefully selected to match the original building, creating a cohesive appearance.
