The M-Tower, a 56-story residential building, is located at 56 SW 1ST Street in downtown Miami and near the city’s Government Center district. The 1,095,490 SF tower includes 675 apartments, 10,531 SF of ground floor of retail and restaurant, and 694 parking spaces.
The residential units are expected to be a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The podium is capped at the 9th floor with an amenity deck including a landscaped outdoor deck with 2 pools. The parking levels incorporate art murals to enhance the streetscape.
