The Science Complex, the second phase of Miami Dade College's North Campus expansion, introduces a 4-story, 90,000 SF facility. The building includes 40,000 SF of laboratory space, 8,000 SF of lecture halls and classrooms, and 12,000 SF for faculty and administrative offices.
