This 1,000-space facility is located on the corner of Pensacola Street and Macomb, on the southeast side of the Main Campus. The 5-story, 350,000 SF, garage is designed to allow for gated faculty/staff parking at the first floor and approximately 800 student parking spaces at the upper 4 floors. The garage is a precast concrete DT structural system with brick and cast stone veneer. Double scissor ramps at the interior portion of the facility are used to allow for optimal traffic flow.
The building has a portion of the first and second floors below grade and is sited to allow the design of a future 45,000 SF FSU Conference Center Building along Pensacola Street.
