Mutual of America's Headquarters in The Park at Broken Sound is comprised of a 6-story, 153,892 SF office building. This structure takes the place of their existing office, nearly tripling the available area and allocating space for approximately 200 new employees. The building includes a 25,000 SF amenity area and ground-floor canopies, merging leisure with functionality.
