The newly developed 3-story building is approximately 48,000 SF and includes corporate offices, dental care, behavioral care, a pharmacy, and additional program spaces. As a part of the project, an adjacent single-story building was replaced with a 4-story structure featuring 68 parking spaces, bicycle racks, waiting areas, exam rooms, and medical closets. The building was designed with the potential for future expansion to include an additional floor. This facility aims to broaden access to primary health care services for children, families, and seniors in the Little Havana community and its surroundings, supporting patient comfort with high-tech equipment.
