University of Miami’s Centennial Village creates a compelling and modern home for first year students. This 522,000 SF, lakefront housing village will feature four new buildings and the renovation to the existing Eaton Residential College. These four buildings will house 1,700 beds and indoor and outdoor spaces for academic and extracurricular activities, a learning hub, meditation room, and apartments for faculty and staff. The Village will also boast a lakeside boardwalk, courtyards, and multi-level elevated bridges to connect the new buildings.
