Florida State University’s housing replacement features two stand-alone buildings in phase I with a gross area of 203,000 SF. These two buildings create 872 beds in 467 rooms that will replace the rooms eliminated from the demolition of Dorman and Deviney Halls. Both buildings will boast support spaces such as Living Learning Seminar rooms, offices, storage, and custodial
spaces.
