Designing the foundations and subgrade structures for this office building demanded special considerations due to its flood-prone location and potential erosion during major storm activities. The 10-story, 200,000 SF structure includes a grand 2-story atrium in the lobby area, providing an impressive and welcoming entrance.
The project also featured a 7-story, free-standing garage with 800 parking spaces. The garage was designed to accommodate 8 future floors.
